Mount vesuvius to the left and sea and coast to the right. The room was bright, clean, comfortable and cleaned on a daily basis with the towels being replenished daily. We were on half board basis and again I approached this with an open mind. The service and food in the restaurant was of good quality and plentiful (4 courses). The Head waiter, waiters and waitresses were both courteous and nothing was too much of a problem. I read somewhere the coffee was dodgy, but when we were there there was even sachets of Gold Blend for those that didnt like it italian style. The pool area is great, the pool clean and the staff there again very pleasant and helpful. I really cannot complain about my stay in any way shape or form, we met some lovely people and visited some truly gorgeous and romantic places - Capri/Positano. PS even the shuttle bus I couldnt fault
